    deletion / blocking of personal data

    An important principle of the EU General Data Protection Regulation is the data reduction and data economy. Our company adheres to those principles and we save personal data only as long as those are required for the designated purposes, respectively according the legal retention period. After cessation of a respective basis (contract, accordance, legal regulation,…) we routinely delete, respectively block those data.

    Collecting data when visiting our website

    When visiting our website, our server automatically collect data and the following data are saved in the log files of our system:

    • Browser type and versioning
    • operating system used by the visitor
    • IP-address
    • date and time of the website visit
    • domain name of the provider

    A direct assignment of personal data to a concrete user is not done so that the single website visitors cannot be identified. We collect those data due to our legitimate interest to further optimise the technics, to ensure the connection to our website, to ensure the availability of our web services and for further administrative purposes. Possibly, anonymised information are assessed for statistical purposes, but which won’t allow any conclusions to certain or determinable persons.

    You can contact us via our contact form at any time. Thereby, you are granting us your consent to us for contacting you back. For such contacting, the indication of a correct e-mail address or telephone number us required. Without you giving those information, contacting you won’t be possible for us.

    To protect the transfer of your data, we are using a respective encryption on our website (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.


    Our website integrates YouTube videos. The imbedded clips deposit Cookies on the computers of the users when opening the page. Who inactivated the set-up of Cookies for the Google advertising program would also not need to expect any such Cookies when viewing YouTube clips. But, YouTube also deposits non person-related usage information other Cookies. If you would like to prevent this, you need to have them blocked by the Browser.

    If you contact us via e-mail and you send us this e-mail unencrypted, we cannot ensure the data safety of the transmission path to us. If you want to send us data which require a protection so we would like to ask you to send them to us as encrypted or chose the sending them by post.

    We reserve the right to adapt our privacy policy at any time to update them regarding our services. When visiting our website again, the respective current privacy policy is effective.
