Effective partnership for sustainable solutions
The technical implementation of this innovative coating was made possible through collaboration with Van Genechten Packaging (VGP), a leading international packaging specialist based in Belgium. Renowned for its expertise in environmentally friendly packaging solutions, particularly for food products, VGP has played a key role in developing the NP® SiOPack® coating technology in partnership with Nanopool. The experienced teams from both companies successfully implemented the application of NP® SiOPack® on cardboard packaging for industrial production.
Flexible and efficient production techniques
The coating technology supports inline production, which can be adapted to specific requirements. Application can take place directly on the machine or within a specially designed application tunnel. This tunnel can be integrated either immediately after the forming machine or before the filling stations, enabling flexible and efficient manufacturing processes.
